Discovery Meeting
We meet with you to gain a complete understanding of the position you want filled and the job description. If you don’t already have a job description, we’ll draft one for you.

Job Advertisement
We develop the advertisement and place it in selected online listings targeted to your audience. Print listings are available on request.

Phone Screening
Phone interviews with qualified applicants, narrowed down to a shortlist of candidates.

Office Interviews
In-person interviews are held at the Brickley DeLong offices. Candidates know we’re interviewing on behalf of a client, but your name is not released at this stage.

Final Candidates
We present the top 3-5 candidates for your final review and hire. Final interviews may be held at your site or at our offices.
